Rico, WOW!!! i've only had a chance to get to page 25, and wow!, i have to get ready for work, but its really hard to stop reading this. i plan to view the "SECRET" tomarrow. i have really never gotten a chance to know you, and you are a truly amazing man!, and very honest. i'm sure you get it alot, though we all try to be bigger than this, you see this eye candy guy, and kinda asumme there's not much inside, cause he's all about the outside. so, not true. thank you sooooo much for sending me this, and though i've just started reading it, i think everyone should!!!! hope you don't mind if I pass it on.

I'd like to explain in as simple terms as I can why my system is the absolute #1 out there. I not only give you all of the knowledge to succeed, but I also provide the motivational tools and mind-body connection training for men and women of all ages to have a mindset for success at any endeavor. Being totally healthy is not just about having muscles or a six-pack. They are a part of total health, and you will attain these, but there is much, much more involved than these alone, which most programs focus on.
My system is not another fad diet, or a dvd with a new aerobic twist that you can't and won't stick to. It is based on science and tailored by experience. Being healthy has to be a "lifestyle" that you live, so that you stay healthy as long as you live. That's the point isn't it? Unlike most of the irrelevant courses we took in school and never used afterwards like trigonometry, you can't study for this one, pass the test, and then forget about it. Consider this a manual for life that will be updated periodically by science.
It is not a two-week, twenty-one-day, or a two-month program. If you don't make it a lifestyle, then about 95 % of you will put back the lost weight and lose any health benefits gained within a few years or less.
Here is something else you may not want to hear. Once you stop healthy eating and exercise habits, you lose all the positive results that you received from practicing them. The program works only as long as you continue to use it.

The only difference between people who are very good at what they do, and you, is that they have mastered the mind-body connection. If you make no decisions and have no goals, then you will wander aimlessly through life and you'll take whatever life throws at you.
2. I recently watched one of the many home mini-gym infomercials—a very well-known, well-marketed one—that claims you'll reach your fitness goals in six weeks or less. What hogwash! All they're doing is tapping into your sense of hope for a quick fix! Ask any personal trainer about that claim and he'll tell you the same thing. If it's so easy to achieve total fitness in such a short amount of time, everyone would be fit. See if any controlled scientific evidence exists supporting the claims of the product or machine.
If you follow the total health program I lay out for you, you'll notice positive results and start to see your body change within six to eight weeks. It'll take a bit longer to achieve optimum health. It truly would be a miracle if you could reverse years of unhealthy living in just a few weeks. I hope you are starting to grasp the difference between fact and fiction. Total fitness is a gradual process, which takes place over time.

This book allows me to reach everyone who wants to change his or her life and needs help doing it. It is my life's project. It's my chance to dive into the health/fitness industry, to motivate people and give them the knowledge to change their lives for the better. Let me put it simpler:
If you never change anything you are doing, you will always stay the same.
If you are reading this, it is my guess that you fall into three categories:
A) You have never had being healthy as a priority. You tend not to think about its consequences at all. An event may have occurred in your life that made you sit up and take notice of your health and your mortality.
B) You are trying to get healthy, but due to the vast amount of myths, fads, and misinformation about diets, exercise and supplementation, you don't know which way to turn.
C) You think you are healthy or partially healthy and you want to learn more about the missing components of your program to achieve total health.
The "A" people probably have no preconceived ideas about being healthy and what it takes. This is good in a sense, because you are starting with a "blank slate." I will show you what to do, how to do it, when to do it, and why you must do it. It should be a great education, and a great start.
You "B" people can find out where you have been going wrong in your attempts, and make adjustments and corrections.
